Beyond The Repertoire
Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
1.1 By enrolling in Beyond The Repertoire (“the Programme”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Participant”) and Joanne Cornish Limited (“the Provider”).
1.2 The Provider reserves the right to accept or decline applications to the Programme at its discretion.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1. The standard monthly membership fee is £65. Payments are collected in advance by direct debit on a monthly basis.
2.2. A discounted rate of £50 per month is available for founding members. Founding members will continue to receive a preferential rate compared with the standard fee in place at that time
2.3. Payments are non-refundable once made.
2.4. Any change to membership fees will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
2.5. The Programme operates on a rolling monthly basis. Participants may cancel by giving one month’s written notice..
2.6. If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended until payment is received.
3. Attendance and Cancellations
3.1. The Provider will endeavour to deliver sessions as advertised but reserves the right to reschedule or amend session content or format if required.
3.2. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances affecting the Provider, an alternative date will be offered where possible.
3.3. Missed sessions by the Participant are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another month.
3.4. Resources from missed sessions will be provided upon request to support continued learning.
4. Conduct and Confidentiality
4.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner at all times.
4.2. All information shared within Beyond The Repertoire — including discussions during mentoring sessions, within the WhatsApp group, or any online community — must remain strictly confidential.
4.3. Breach of confidentiality or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the Programme without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials, notes, resources, and recordings provided by the Provider remain the intellectual property of Joanne Cornish Limited.
5.2. These materials are provided solely for personal and professional development. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared with others without prior written consent from the Provider.
6. Liability
6.1. The Programme is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
6.2. The Provider accepts no responsibility for actions taken by the Participant within their own professional practice.
6.3. Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional standards, qualifications, and insurance.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Severability
8.1. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Provider and supersede any prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to Beyond The Repertoire.
10. Variation
10.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
10.2. Any material changes will be communicated in writing and will take effect from the next payment period.
